When stationed overseas, DoD members are authorized a free U.S. Postal Service (USPS) mail box on base and they share it with their dependents.
To request a post office box complete the Mail Worksheet (download here) up to 90 days in advance and send it in with a copy of your orders. Once you have digitally signed the form, hit the submit button and attach your supporting documents (Orders, Birth/Marriage Certificate) to the auto-generated email and send it.
