Final Day! Miles for Your Mind Challenge

With May dedicated to Mental Health Awareness and Fitness Promotion. Our Fitness Team would like to inspire action alongside physical activity to raise awareness to mental health issues surrounding our community.

Event Format:

  • Move and gain your miles (walk, run, cycle, swim)
  • Track your Mileage - use any fitness tracker. To calculate family miles, use average balance method (total miles/family size)
  • Aim for 100 Miles in 31 days - averaging 3.2 miles a day
  • Post updates on Facebook of your progress
  • Total Miles must be submitted by Facebook Messenger by May 31

Age restrictions: all are welcome, with parental consent for minors. Families are highly encouraged!

Prizes: Challenges who complete 100 miles will be entered into a drawing to win prizes.
